I would give it 5 stars because they have a great selection, the photos are beautiful and the prices are great BUT I ordered 5 pictures for a gallery wall. Loved 4 of them but I wanted to return and exchange one for another photo. I live in NJ. Returning an 11x14 picture in its original packaging through DHL was $134!!!!!!!! Make sure you LOVE everything you buy because you will be stuck with it.
I have sent 3 emails about a print not matching the image and how I can return it and no reply over 3 months.

The quality of the print isn't great. Easily achieved at home with a normal printer. On top of that they add a white border so the size of the print is smaller than you pay for. In my opinion not worth the money at all.

Beautiful prints and amazing customer service. My print was lost in the mail and they replaced it immediately and also sent me a surprise print free of charge!
Was hesitant at first. Glad I pulled the trigger. Great high quality prints, frame I felt was a little over priced, but still look great, just be warned... the frame and print doesn’t come with a Mat board, I didn’t know and didn’t order one, and my prints didn’t look that great until I received my mat boards. Love this company. Will order again!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I love the poster I bought, and the customer service was excellent. Although they had to ship overseas, my poster arrived in a timely manner.
minus two stars for the quality of the images which is not as good as I thought based on the reviews, and for the plexiglass of the frame where when the light falls on it you can not see the poster. I had to buy matte glass to make my posters visible. nevertheless my parcel came quickly in the face of pandemic chaos and they have great variety in designs.
My order has been placed from 26th of November and I haven't received it yet, 18th of December(I have placed 2 orders totally). Many of my choices are Christmas posters and I think that it was a waste of time for me to choose them.
Overall very good, had issues with the items we ordered showing up out of stock without being out of stock on the website and had to relapse them twice, however communication was very good
